1. Agreement to These Terms

• "Services" means the TrueValue Platform platform, including all applications, APIs, websites, and related tools.
• "User Data" means any data, content, or information submitted to the Services by you or on your behalf.
• "Subscription" means the paid plan selected by you that determines service access and limits.
• "Organization" means a company, team, or entity that registers to use the Services.

3. Account Registration

To use certain features, you must create an account with accurate, complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

4. Using the Platform

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Services in accordance with these Terms. You may not sublicence, resell, or redistribute the Services without our prior written consent.

5. Subscriptions

Access to certain features may require a subscription. Subscription terms, including any applicable fees, will be presented to you at the time of purchase. We reserve the right to modify subscription terms with prior notice.

6. Your Data Ownership

7. Responsible Platform Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Services for any illegal purpose or in violation of any law
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Services
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other accounts or systems
• Transmit malware, spam, or harmful content through the Services
• Circumvent or interfere with security features of the Services
• Use automated tools to scrape or extract data from the Services

8. Account Suspension & Termination

Either party may terminate the agreement at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access immediately if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, you may request export of your User Data within a reasonable period, after which we may delete it.

9. Liability Limits

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, TRUEVALUE PLATFORM SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE FEES PAID BY YOU IN THE PRECEDING PERIOD AS DEFINED BY APPLICABLE LAW.
